Public Safety at Your Events

As part of the SGSA’s commitment to educate and inform at all levels within sports grounds, the SGSA have developed with our colleagues from the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College (EPC) a strategic level seminar.

The seminar ‘Public Safety at Your Events’ will discuss at strategic levels those themes that senior representatives of organisations with responsibility for safety at sports ground should consider. This is not an operational seminar but has been designed and developed for key senior executives and representatives of organisations.

The SGSA works with all our key stakeholders in improving safety at sports grounds, this seminar will for the first time be an opportunity for senior management to attend such an event. The speakers and facilitators include, legal advisers, insurers, event planners, regulators and safety management experts.
