"Seating" seeks to guide clubs, architects and other interested parties through the basics of the three main aspects of the subject:

• viewing standards for seated spectators
• the conversion of terracing to seating
• an examination of available seat types.

Each section has been written by experts in the field, taking into account the logistical problems facing clubs, but at the same time recommending , wherever possible that high standards be achieved. The advice contained in this publication is relevant to all sports grounds, not just football.
